Your tips Panama City - Night life is great especially the new HardRock Hotel! Aside from the most common activites, check out as many restaurants as possible since so many are opening all the time. My favorites: Humo, Segundo Muelle, Maito.
Casco Viejo - The Old Panama, Colonial Area. The buildings and history are amazing. Lots of rooftop bars and restaurants around the area.
San Blas or Bocas de Toro - Best beaches ever! Natural and untouched. Amazing.
Panama was such a surprise. One word to describe our experience is surreal. I was surprised because I got much more than what I expected from this trip. It's like having the best of both worlds when Panama City is such a nice metropolis, but at the same time you can be in the beach/countryside/jungle in just an hour.
Panama City is amazing for shopping and having a good time. It is such a modern city, with so many skyscrapers and companies, yet it has so much history. It's the first city in the Pacific Ocean and its history is very broad and interesting. Worth checking out some museums, specially the new Gehry Museum opening very soon! Hotels and Restaurants are vary varied and you'll be pleasantly surprised.
The countryside is spectacular. The beaches especially San Blas and Bocas del Toro are some of the ebst I've ever been to, and the Mountains-High Lands in Boquete/David are breathtaking as well.
Whether for Business or for Pleasure, Panama is defintely an amazing country with incredible experiences for anyone. I cant wait to be back to be honest.
